Capcom Adds Mega Man Skin To Pragmata

Capcom will add Mega Man and Roll outfits to Pragmata, shown as a post-credits tease at Gamescom and listed as coming soon. Hugh wears the helmet; Diana gets a Roll-style dress. The studio had spent years saying the game was not Mega Man. Story and combat stay the same.

Capcom used Gamescom Opening Night Live to confirm official Mega Man crossover outfits for Pragmata, labeled only as “coming soon.”
The publisher had earlier played into the fan theories with an April Fools’ video that depicted Hugh in an elaborate Mega Man outfit; that joke has now been turned into an actual in-game item.
Hugh gets the helmet. Diana gets Roll. Coverage from Siliconera and others says Hugh’s costume includes a Mega Man-style helmet, and Diana’s is a Roll-inspired dress. Capcom has not said when the cosmetics unlock, whether they cost extra, or how players obtain them.

Fans spent years treating this as a secret Mega Man game. The theory started when Pragmata debuted in 2020: a moon setting, machines running a virus, and Diana’s blue sleeves that look a lot like an arm cannon. Capcom kept saying no. Producer Naoto Oyama told VGC in 2025 the project “is not a Mega Man game” and called it a new IP.
The cosmetic simply offers fans the chance to see Hugh dressed as Capcom’s iconic robot hero.
Last year’s April Fools clip is now an actual unlock. Capcom had already posted a gag video of Hugh in a full Mega Man suit. The Gamescom tease, which followed the credits of a new trailer for the 2027 series entry Dual Override, turns that gag into a real cosmetic. It does not change Pragmata’s story or combat.
That same slot showed more of the 2027 side-scroller. The footage added a boss named Twinkle Girl, what looks like an armor upgrade, and (in other ONL coverage) a Proto Man appearance. No month has been set for either the skins or that next numbered Mega Man release.
