Apple announced a brand new voice experience for Siri AI that lets users customize expressiveness and pace with sliders on supported devices. The update also brings a significant improvement to systemwide dictation accuracy, allowing natural speech to be captured as polished text with automatic formatting.
Users will be able to adjust both the expressiveness and pace of Siri's voice to their preference via a new UI with sliders.
This marks the first time Siri offers direct, real-time voice personality adjustments.
