Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for using The Circuitry. The short version: read freely and be decent.

The service

The Circuitry is an automated, verified technology-news platform. Reading the site — articles, the feed, search, and RSS — is free. We aim for accuracy and correct mistakes in public at /corrections, but the content is provided “as is” for information, not as professional, financial, or legal advice.

Accounts

You can use most of the site without an account. Some features (like bookmarks across devices) require signing in with a supported provider. You’re responsible for activity under your account; keep your sign-in secure and let us know if something looks wrong.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape at scale, resell the content, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access that abuses the service. Our content and brand are ours; your bookmarks and account data are yours.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions about these terms? Reach us via the contact page. See also our Privacy policy.
