Agility said its common stock and warrants began trading on Nasdaq on November 5 under the symbols AGLT and AGLTW. It said the business combination and related financings raised about $465 million in gross capital before expenses, and that Digit 5 orders top $300 million, subject to milestones.

Agility said on November 5 that it began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market, and that it is the first U.S. publicly listed pure-play humanoid robotics company with active commercial deployments. Common stock and warrants trade under the symbols AGLT and AGLTW.
Becoming a public company gives us access to more resources to help accelerate that progress, bring intelligent robots to more workplaces and help build a future where people and robots accomplish more together.
The listing follows a completed business combination. Agility said the shares began trading after it completed a previously announced combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI. It said the combination and related financings represent about $465 million in gross capital raised before transaction expenses. The company did not give a net figure after expenses.

Digit 5 orders are committed, and they are subject to milestones. Agility said it has more than $300 million in committed multi-year orders for Digit 5. Those orders are subject to contractual milestones, product features, and specifications. The company also said it has nearly three years of real-world deployment experience and more than 65,000 hours of operation.

Digit is already working at named customers. Agility said Digit is operating with GXO, Schaeffler, and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. It said Digit is built to do repetitive, physically demanding work in places designed for people. Digit 5 is the next platform, and Agility said it is designed for a broader range of industrial tasks.

The chief executive tied the listing to more resources, not to a shipment date. Peggy Johnson, chief executive, said: "Becoming a public company gives us access to more resources to help accelerate that progress, bring intelligent robots to more workplaces and help build a future where people and robots accomplish more together." The release does not give a price for the shares or a date for Digit 5 deliveries.

The Circuitry is a passion project I've always wanted to build, and I love the work behind it.

Running it costs real money. APIs, hosting, time. To keep improving the site and growing this into something useful for everyone, those costs have to be covered.

Any contribution is appreciated. If not, no pressure. Thanks for reading.
