Those product specifics have not been confirmed in the event invitation itself.

Do not expect a Windows 12 surprise.
The Verge’s Tom Warren says he expects Microsoft to discuss Windows quality improvements and what comes next, and that he is not expecting a surprise Windows 12 announcement.
