Strategy could create up to $30 billion in digital credit from its existing balance sheet to fund more Bitcoin purchases, executive chairman Michael Saylor said on the company's third-quarter earnings call.

“We could create $10 billion, $20 billion, $30 billion of digital credit,” Saylor said. He said the company could do so without raising additional common equity or relying on further Bitcoin price gains. The figure is potential capacity, not an announced fundraising target.

Preferred shares as the main route. CEO Phong Le said issuing digital credit, such as the company's STRC perpetual preferred stock, would be the primary way Strategy acquires Bitcoin going forward.
