Discord reports users facing delays connecting to the platform, along with issues accessing channels in some servers.
"We're aware of users experiencing delays connecting to the platform," Discord Support posted on X. "We are investigating and hope to have this resolved soon! We appreciate your patience."
Reports of trouble surfaced just prior to 3 pm ET, according to DownDetector. While some complaints are easing, connectivity problems continue.
Discord's status page lists "delays connecting to the platform" and "issues with large guilds being unavailable."
Servers such as Larian Studios, Rusty Lake, and Helldivers show no channels available, even for already-connected users.
